(Un)Rest is a first-person psychological horror game that simulates the disorientation of severe insomnia. You are trying to complete a simple nightly routine: heat up dinner, clean up, change your clothes, brush your teeth, and go to bed.

But as sleep deprivation sets in, your brain begins to fail you. The hallways stretch, rooms shift when you look away, and the silence of your own home begins to whisper.
